Confirm where the handover happens
Ask whether the arrangement is a terminal meeting, a parking-area handover or another collection point. The word Tivat does not identify a desk or parking bay. Confirm the return arrangement too, especially when departure timing is tight.
Check the full payment plan
Write down the payment needed to confirm the reservation, the balance due at collection and any security deposit. Confirm the accepted method for each. A successful online card payment does not, by itself, confirm that the same method works for the remaining balance or deposit.
Read the actual car specification
If automatic transmission is essential, look for it in the vehicle details. Ask about luggage space using the bags and passengers you will actually bring, and confirm requested extras in the reservation rather than inferring them from a photo.
